CREATION OF GLOBAL SOLUTIONS INDUSTRIE A company specialized in trading meat products for the industry. 2003 2009 ACQUISITION OF SELBA INDUSTRIE Diversifying the commercial activity by adding the "Foods Solutions" concept. 2013 NAME CHANGE Selba Industrie becomes Global Foods Solutions, marking the company's evolution dedicated to Food Service and segmenting the activity with Global Solutions Industrie focused on industrial clients. 2014 ACHIEVEMENT OF IFS BROKER CERTIFICATION Global Foods Solutions and Global Solutions Industrie were among the first French companies to obtain this certification dedicated to brokers and have since renewed it to a higher level. CREATION OF FOODS COMPANY A new diversification of the group's activities through the creation of a company dedicated to import/export. 2018 ACQUISITION OF AGRIPEX & VOLIFRAIS Companies specialized in trading poultry and processed products. 2021 MERGER OF COMPANIES ACTIVITY STRUCTURING Agripex, Volifrais, and Global Foods Solutions merge to form a single entity dedicated to Food Service. Creation of Global Foods Group, a holding company owning Global Solutions Industrie, Global Foods Solutions, and Foods Company.
